Refund Policy

Course Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if the class is canceled by CFRTA or if the student withdraws from a class ten (10) business days prior to the class start date.

If a student withdraws within ten (10) business days of the class start date, 50% of the registration fee will be held.

Any enrollee who fails to cancel prior to the first day of the course forfeits the entire registration fee.

For payments made by credit card:  If the refund is processed within 90 (ninety) days of the original payment the refund will be credited back to the credit card. 

After 90 days and for payments made by check, money orders, or cash; refunds will be made by check with a 3 - 4 week processing time.
